Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick just can’t catch a break.

After spending a little time in jail last week, Kilpatrick spent a little time with his family over the weekend. Unfortunately his sister was there, and prosecutors claim Kilpatrick has violated his bond terms yet again.

The mayor had been ordered to have no contact with witnesses. Ayanna Kilpatrick is one of eleven witnesses to the alleged assault of a sheriff’s deputy listed by authorities. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday before the same judge who sent Kilpatrick to jail Thursday for violating bond conditions.
